Today, the Burkentine Enterprise has grown into multiple companies, including Burkentine Real Estate Group, Builders, Properties, Land Development and Investments, consisting of multifaceted, vertically integrated, and vertically integrated companies.  Projects range from building residential projects to garden-style apartments, elevator apartments, townhomes, duplexes and single-family homes, and commercial projects.  

Burkentine has a portfolio of communities and homesites throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and is a privately owned company.  The Burkentine Real Estate Group has grown the building company to over $30 million in sales and its rental portfolio to over $300 million in assets.
