Heather Gidusko

Heather Gidusko has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry. Heather began their career in 1998 as a Health and Physical Education Teacher for the West Chester Area School District. In 1999, they became a Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleader. In 2010, they became the Owner, Director and Instructor for Sweat Like A Girl, and also became a Master Trainer for Flirty Girl Fitness. In 2013, they became a Master Trainer for Lebert Fitness. In 2017, they became a Partner and Brand Ambassador for Burnalong. Finally, in 2022, they became a Coach for Orangetheory Fitness.

Heather Gidusko earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania between 1993 and 1998.
