Courtney Griggs, MS, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in the field of behavioral health and education. Currently serving as Program Director at Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. since November 2022, Griggs oversees clinical supervision and program development for individuals with developmental disabilities. Previous roles include Clinical Supervisor at The Sonder Autism Center and AK Behavioral Health Clinic, where responsibilities encompassed delivering services in Applied Behavior Analysis and supporting families. Griggs also has a background in education, having worked as an 8th Grade Reading Teacher at Orange County Public Schools and as a Sylvan Instructor. Griggs holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University, as well as degrees in International Relations and English/Language Arts Education from Troy University.
