Adam Whitt is an associate principal at Buro Happold’s Chicago office.
Adam has over 15 years of experience in mechanical design for various market sectors including: healthcare, K-12 education, higher education, manufacturing, commercial buildings, Department of Defense, and laboratories. He is experienced in the design and construction of mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, process gases, hydronic, and steam utilities for buildings of various sizes.
Adam’s area of expertise is in the design, specification, on-line diagrams, and layouts of the central energy plants, air handling units, and other source equipment. As a project leader, he often serves as the interface between owners, architects, and the construction team. Adam is a team player and poses strong technical and communications skills.
Adam acts as the MEP Team Leader for the Chicago office responsible for scheduling, design and technical development, quality control reviews, budgeting, and staffing.
