Mr. Neal is currently a Partner of Vesta Ventures, a real estate technology fund, and the Managing Partner of The Home Collection furnished rental portfolio. He is an Advisor to Roofstock, which is the largest online broker of single-family rental properties. As the Investment Program Manager at Roofstock, he developed several fractional interests and REIT vehicles.
Prior to joining Roofstock, Mr. Neal was President of RiverBanc LLC, a multifamily owner, and lender that was acquired by a REIT. He also served as Chair of New York Mortgage Trust (NDQ: NYMT). He started his career as a successful developer of condominiums, apartments, industrial, retail, and hotel properties. After receiving his MBA, he joined Bank of America as a founding member of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group.
Mr. Neal joined the Board of Directors of Burroughs & Chapin Co., Inc. in May 2023.
