Tim Havener is an experienced leasing executive with a strong background in retail and commercial real estate. Currently serving as Vice President of Leasing at Burroughs & Chapin Company, Inc. since October 2022, Tim has previously held key leadership roles including Executive Vice President of Leasing at Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. from March 2017 to October 2022, and Senior Vice President of Leasing at Equity One, Inc. from June 2014 to March 2017. Earlier in the career, Tim was VP of Mall Leasing at PREIT between January 2005 and June 2014, and served as Senior Leasing Representative at Crown American Properties from March 1996 to January 2005.
