Natasha Avery is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Global Chief Talent Acquisition Officer at Burson since December 2024. Previously, Natasha was the Vice President and Executive Recruiter for WPP, where responsibilities included recruiting for high-level roles across its subsidiaries and fostering relationships with executive talent. Prior to that, Natasha held leadership roles in talent acquisition at AKQA, focusing on diversity and inclusion strategies and optimizing candidate experiences. Natasha's extensive background also includes significant contributions at Edelman as Executive Vice President of Talent Acquisition, managing senior recruitment across multiple divisions, and experience in sales and marketing recruitment at Philips. In the early career, Natasha served as a Human Resources Manager at MWW/Savitt. Natasha's educational journey includes studying sociology at Washington State University.
