Ivar Fougstedt

Ivar Fougstedt has extensive experience in marketing and product management, currently serving as Senior Director of APAC Marketing and Product at Burton Snowboards since October 2001. In this role, Ivar oversees marketing efforts across Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, as well as the product team for Burton Snowboards, Gravis Footwear, Anon, and Analog. Previous roles at Burton include Executive Marketing Director for Asia, Marketing Director for Europe, Brand Manager, and Creative Coordinator. Prior to joining Burton, Ivar worked as a Key Account Manager at Cerberus Advertising, managing accounts for the Sony Vaio group, and started a career as a Sales Assistant at Walter Tele Medien. Ivar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from WAK and has studied at The University of Bonn and the University of Cologne.
