Jean O'Sullivan has an extensive work history, primarily within Enterprise Ireland. Jean began their career in 1999 as the HR Services Manager/Industrial Relations before transitioning to the role of Snr Development Advisor in 2009. In 2012, they became the Manager of Female Entrepreneurship until 2015 when they were promoted to Human Resources Manager. In 2022, Jean joined Bus Éireann as the Chief People Officer, where they currently hold this position.
Jean O'Sullivan has a Master of Business Studies (MBS) degree in Strategic Human Resources from Dublin City University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned an Honors Degree in International Marketing from the University of Idaho from 1998 to 1999. Jean also completed another Honors Degree in International Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University from 1997 to 1999, and a one-year program in International Marketing from RMIT University in 1997 to 1998.
