Florian Brem is a seasoned professional in the fields of venture capital, entrepreneurship, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market law. Currently serving as a lecturer at Universität Hamburg since October 2022 and at FOM Hochschule since February 2015, Florian brings extensive teaching experience to both institutions. Additionally, Florian is a partner at BUSE since July 2008. Educational qualifications include studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Heidelberg University, Universitat de Barcelona, and the University of Hamburg.
