Tate McKay is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investor relations, corporate development, and credit risk analysis. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at Busey since November 2014, Tate has developed tools for M&A initiatives and has generated monitoring for investor relations. Previous roles at Busey included positions as VP and AVP within credit risk and portfolio analysis, where Tate improved reporting processes and credit models. Prior experience includes roles at Anheuser-Busch Employees' Credit Union and the United States Department of Agriculture, focusing on loan review, loss mitigation, and compliance processes. Tate holds an M.B.A. from Eastern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Saint Louis University.
