Dawn Uglum

Dawn Uglum began their career in 2000 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Marshall Field's. Dawn then worked as a Human Resource Manager at Target from 2003 to 2004. In 2013, they joined Junior Achievement of Central Iowa as a JABiztown staff member, a role they held until 2015. From 2014 onwards, they became a Consultant and Rodan+Fields Consultant at Rodan + Fields. Currently, they are working as a Benefits Specialist at Businessolver as of September 2020. Prior to starting their career, they were a Stay at Home Mom.

Dawn Uglum attended Storm Lake High School from 1991 to 1995. Dawn then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communications at the University of Northern Iowa from 1995 to 1999.
