Shauna Carlson

Shauna Carlson began their work experience in 2005 as a Training Specialist at Marsh & McClennan. Shauna then worked as a Client Advisor at BPO, McCamish Systems/Marsh & McClennan from 2011 to 2013. Since 2013, Shauna has been working at Businessolver as a National Accounts Executive. In this role, they focus on client/broker strategic planning, escalation management, and leadership skills. Shauna is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and has strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Shauna Carlson earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Simpson College. Shauna attended the college from 2009 to 2011, during which they specialized in Business Administration as their major, along with a minor in Human Resources.
