Caitlin E. O'Conner

Caitlin E. O'Conner is an experienced copy editor and freelance editor with a diverse background in journalism and content creation. Currently working at Bustle Digital Group since February 2020, Caitlin edits and fact-checks content for various publishing brands while monitoring analytics to enhance editorial quality. Previous roles include freelance editing, financial writing and graphic design for Carillon Tower Advisers, and entertainment news editing at Tampa Bay Times. Caitlin has also contributed to The Independent Florida Alligator as a blogger and served as a Dow Jones News Fund editing intern at The Wall Street Journal. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida, along with an A.A. from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
