About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytically minded CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing our email and SMS campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor email and SMS campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Segment customer lists and target specific audiences effectively
• Assist in creating engaging and personalized content for email and SMS communications
• Utilize data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies

Qualifications

• Work experience in a related role is preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, but not necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics or a related field preferred
