Erik Craig has extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry, particularly with Butterball, LLC, where a career began in 2004 and has progressed to the role of Director of Product Development since July 2008. Prior positions at Butterball include Director of Manufacturing Execution Systems, Integrated Business Strategies Manager, and Senior Manager of Supply Planning. Earlier experience was gained at Carolina Turkeys as Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Manager from 1996 to 2004. Erik Craig holds a Master of Science in Food Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from The University of Georgia, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Animal Sciences from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill.
