Currently serving as the Senior Director of Retail and International Business Development at Butterball, LLC since December 2006, Mike is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of over 1,700 items and 46 product lines, focusing on revenue and margin management, strategic planning, and new product implementation. Prior roles at Butterball include Director of Business Development and Senior Manager Business Development. Mike's previous experience includes key positions at ConAgra Foods, Farmland Foods, A. Camacho, USA, and The American Bottling Company, where responsibilities ranged from managing regional sales to overseeing marketing strategies. Mike holds an MBA in Marketing from Lewis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Francis.
