Nicholas Caezza

Nicholas Caezza currently serves as the VP and Deputy General Counsel at Butterfly Network, Inc., a position held since February 2021, following a series of roles within the company, including Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary. Prior to this, Nicholas held the position of Regulatory Counsel at Columbia Care from September 2019 to February 2021 and served as an Attorney at American Tower from December 2016 to September 2019. Nicholas has also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at McDermott, Quilty & Miller LLP and the Law Offices of William G. Ferullo, LLC, and worked as a student prosecutor at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. Early legal experience includes judicial internships and internships at various district attorney and courthouse offices. Nicholas holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
