Arthur Dudley II

Arthur Dudley II serves as the General Counsel for the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council since January 2010, overseeing all legal matters including contracts, litigation, and corporate governance. Concurrently, Arthur has been a Shareholder at Butzel Long since March 1988, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities law, while representing minority business enterprises and emerging growth companies from the firm's Detroit and New York offices. Arthur holds a J.D from Yale Law School, an M.A in Economics from Yale University, and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.
