Justin Klimko

Justin Klimko is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Serving as a shareholder at Butzel Long since May 1980, Justin also holds prominent positions such as a member of the TriBar Opinion Committee since December 2017, which aims to establish national standards for legal opinions in business transactions. Additionally, Justin has been the chairman of the Corporate Laws Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan since 1996, overseeing the review and development of Michigan's corporate statute. As a director at the Detroit Regional Chamber and the Association for Corporate Growth - Detroit Chapter, Justin contributes significantly to the business community. Justin's leadership experience includes a tenure as chairman of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan from October 1996 to September 1997. Justin holds a J.D. from Duke University and a B.A. in History from Ohio University.
