Abigail Jacobs

Abigail Jacobs has a diverse professional background in IT service delivery and account management, currently serving as an IT Service Delivery Administrator at BUUK Infrastructure since May 2022. Prior to this role, Abigail worked as an Account Manager at Nicholas Associates Group for nearly seven years and held positions as a Business Analyst at PPG and a Customer Service Executive at SodaStream International, Ltd. Beginning their career as a Store Assistant at Asda and Arcadia Group Ltd, Abigail has built a strong foundation in customer service and business operations. In terms of education, Abigail is pursuing a degree in Interior Design at Anglia Ruskin University, and holds a Level 5 CIPD Qualification as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Suffolk.
