Rune Kongsrud has extensive experience in sales and account management across various technology sectors, holding significant roles at prominent companies. Since May 2014, Rune has served as the Sales Manager for eID & eSignature at Buypass AS, focusing on electronic identification and signature services for public and health sectors. Prior to this, a notable tenure at Cisco from March 1997 to April 2014 included positions as Product Sales Specialist for Data Center solutions and Account Manager, where a remarkable 500% increase in data center sales in Norway was achieved. Earlier roles included System Solution Sales at SGI, Account Management at Porto Data and Apple Computer, and various positions in the early stages of career including Sperry Univac and military service as an ICT Specialist. Rune holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Østfold University College.
