The leadership team at BVD has a long history of experience in the design industry. The team's founder was a graphic designer at BAS Designbyrå, and later became a partner and graphic designer at BRO Design. The team's art director is also experienced, having worked as an assistant art director at Aggerborgs Reklambyrå before joining BVD.
