Catherine Penasa

Catherine Penasa currently serves as the Administrative Services Leader at BW Converting Solutions, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Group President on the BW Way operational excellence initiative and coordinating quarterly team meetings. Previously, Catherine held the position of Executive Assistant to the Group President at Verve, a Credit Union, managing the CEO's calendar and correspondence while providing strategic advice. Catherine's extensive experience includes key roles as Executive Assistant to the CHRO and President/CEO at Community First Credit Union, and as Senior Executive Assistant at Aspirus, as well as positions at County Materials Corporation and The Samuels Group, Inc. Catherine has a strong educational background, currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science with a focus on Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
