Pawel Marciniuk

Pawel Marciniuk is an experienced maintenance professional currently serving as Maintenance Superintendent, Chief Engineer, and MMP Site Supervisor at BW Offshore since June 2019, overseeing life extension projects and coordinating various upgrades related to engineering systems. Prior to this role, Pawel held similar positions at BW Offshore since May 2017, where responsibilities included developing maintenance plans for gas compressors and ensuring maintenance activities upheld technical integrity. From July 2010 to March 2017, Pawel managed the offshore Maintenance Department, assuring compliance with safety and classification requirements. Previous experience includes roles at Aker Floating Production, where responsibilities encompassed engineering and maintenance of various marine and production equipment, and PŻM, where watchkeeping duties in engine room systems were performed. Pawel holds an Engineer's degree in Exploitation Engine Room from Politechnika Morska w Szczecinie, obtained in 2004.
