Adam Smith has extensive experience in executive leadership and operations management, currently serving as President & Chief Executive Officer at BWC Terminals since April 2019. Previously, Adam held various senior roles at Kinder Morgan, including Vice President of Operations and General Manager for International Marine Terminals, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a bulk coal handling terminal and managing multiple dry bulk and liquid terminals. Adam's earlier experience also includes a tenure as Vice President of Operations at Limetree Bay Terminals. Military service as an Army Officer from 2000 to 2006 provided foundational leadership skills. Adam holds an MBA from Nicholls State University and a Bachelor of Science in Middle Eastern Area Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
