Mata Cheyenne serves as the OPS Manager at BWC Terminals since December 2020, bringing extensive experience from a long tenure at NuStar Energy L.P., where Mata has held various managerial roles since August 2002, including Operations Manager and Superintendent. Responsibilities at NuStar Energy encompass overseeing daily operations at the Texas City Terminal, supervising multiple teams of shift supervisors, operators, and loss control technicians, while also managing day-to-day functions, contract labor, permitting, and waste management. Mata Cheyenne holds a diploma in Chemical Technology/Technician from Ball High School - College of the Mainland, completed between 1987 and 1990.
