Kevin Lewis is an experienced maintenance and operations leader with a strong background in managing production and maintenance teams across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor at BWI Group since June 2020, Kevin oversees machining and assembly crisis maintenance teams, focusing on timely equipment repairs and training development. Previously, as Plant Lead Coordinator and Machining Operations Manager at Keihin IPT Manufacturing, LLC, Kevin managed extensive production operations and a workforce of over 300 associates. Additional roles at Allison Transmission and Ford Motor Company highlight Kevin's expertise in safety, quality, and workforce management, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
