Purushothaman Rayalsamy

Purushothaman Rayalsamy is a seasoned Technical Program Manager currently working at BWI Group since March 2024, serving as a liaison between the in-house development team and customers while managing software release schedules and issue resolution processes. Previously, Purushothaman held the position of Technical Project Lead at KPIT, overseeing the Advanced Brakes group and building a team of offshore engineers. A significant tenure at Ford Motor Company from February 2018 to June 2023 included roles as ADAS Feature Architect/SCRUM Lead, ADAS Project Lead, and ADAS Research Engineer, focusing on feature architecture, system demos, and algorithm development for semi-autonomous systems. Earlier experience includes positions at Siemens PLM Software as an Active Safety Engineer and at Panasonic Automotive in HMI & Audio Systems and Rear View Camera Controls. Purushothaman holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
