Radoslaw Kuc

Radoslaw Kuc has extensive experience in engineering management and product development, particularly within the automotive sector. Since March 2003, Radoslaw has held multiple leadership roles at BWI GROUP, focusing on controlled brakes and shock absorbers, managing design processes, team development, customer engagement, and quality assurance. Prior experience includes positions as Application Engineering Supervisor, Project Leader, and Senior Product Engineer at both BWI and Delphi. Radoslaw's early career also included roles in quality assurance at Valeo Engine Cooling and Amago Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from AGH University of Krakow and a Postgraduate Degree in Software Development Methodologies.
