Walter Volk

Walter Volk has extensive experience in information technology and project management within the nuclear and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as IT Manager at BWX Technologies, Inc. since December 2016, Walter previously held similar roles at GE Nuclear Energy, where responsibilities included overseeing IT operations across multiple sites in Canada. A proven leader, Walter has managed software engineering teams at GE and Labotix Automation Inc., contributing to significant projects in the nuclear fleet and automation systems. Walter's career also includes serving as President of ALTA Management Consultants and Development Manager at Nortel, highlighting strong technical expertise and project delivery in high-technology environments. Walter holds a B.A.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Toronto.
