Shannon Schoonmaker

Shannon Schoonmaker has a strong background in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Currently, they hold the role of VP, Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement at Boston Properties, where they oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and DEI initiatives. Prior to this, Shannon worked at Citisoft as a Recruiting and Resource Manager, where they provided consulting services to the investment management industry. Shannon also has experience in recruiting and program management at Suffolk Construction, where they were involved in the Boston Scholar Athletes program. Earlier in their career, Shannon worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group and Hegan Roessle Group, where they handled full lifecycle recruitment for various industries.
