Paralegal Job Description

We are seeking a tech-savvy, client-centric Paralegal to join the Bynder Legal Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the day-to-day legal operations of a dynamic, market leading SaaS company, working as part of the high-performance Bynder Legal Team. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the Paralegal will be a critical member of our global Bynder Legal Team in delivering high-quality, timely, and business-minded support to Bynder’s customer facing teams and other key stakeholders around the world. 

What you will do:

  • Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Reviewing and providing general advice on simple standard commercial agreements in the form of amendment & purchase & renewal agreements.
  • Supporting the legal team in the negotiation of customer and vendor agreements.
  • Running the signature process for contractual and legal documents.
  • Supporting the Bynder Legal Team in corporate housekeeping matters.
  • Providing administrative support to the Bynder Legal Team.
  • Processing of customer contracts into Bynder’s CRM system.
  • Assisting Bynder Legal Team in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the Bynder Legal Team.
  • Conducting other projects as required, such as legal research, document retention and production; or otherwise assisting the Bynder Legal Team at the direction of in-house lawyers.
  • Assisting in day-to-day ad hoc legal requests.

What you will bring:

  • A proactive mindset and out-of-the box thinking.
  • A bachelor’s degree in law (HBO/WO).
  • 2 to 3 years of progressively responsible paralegal experience, preferably with an in-house legal team.
  • A can-do, hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of teamwork, professionalism, attention to detail and responsibility.
  • Excellent command of the English language; fluency in Dutch or French is a plus.
