Karlien Malfroid

Karlien Malfroid is an accomplished professional currently serving as the VP of Information Management at Bynder since July 2022. Prior to this role, Karlien held the position of IT Director for the eMPower initiative at Unilin Group from June 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included defining and realizing digital strategies across multiple divisions and leading a diverse team of 50 professionals. Earlier experience includes serving as Go To Market IT Program Manager at Showpad from January 2017 to May 2018, where the focus was on professionalizing business applications during a growth phase. Additionally, Karlien worked at Accenture for eight years, managing projects for over 20 multinationals across various industries. Karlien began their career with an internship at Vestek, creating a motion-sensitive remote controller. An academic background includes a Master of Science in Engineering, Telecommunications from Ghent University, completed in 2008.
