Eli Burshan is an experienced technology professional specializing in cloud operations and streaming media services. Currently serving as the Cloud OTT Business Unit Manager at Bynet since April 2015, Burshan previously held the position of Director and Head of Cloud OTT Operations at Cisco from June 2012 to May 2015. Burshan co-founded CastUP in March 2000, where the role of COO was assumed until its acquisition by NDS in 2007. Earlier career accomplishments include co-founding Artificia, a streaming media services company, and serving as COO from February 1994 to March 2000. Eli Burshan holds an MBA from Bar Ilan University and studied at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
