Xinxin L. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and investments in the technology and media sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Lark under ByteDance since January 2018, Xinxin focuses on business operations, go-to-market strategies, data analytics, and pricing. Previously, Xinxin held the position of Head of Strategy at Xigua Video, leading the strategy team and managing strategic partnerships and investments. Xinxin has also served as Investment Director and Principal at various firms, specializing in media, entertainment, digital media, and technology investments. Earlier career roles include an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank and an Associate at TA Associates. Xinxin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Northwestern University, an MBA from INSEAD, and a Certificate in Financial Economics from the Kellogg School of Management.
