As Founder of Hilman Ventures, a venture capital firm, Pavel focuses on sustainability and digital innovation. Previously, Pavel served as CEO of SENSILIZE, which specializes in predictive analytics for precision agriculture, and played a pivotal role in transforming agricultural practices through data-driven applications. Other notable roles include Co-Founder of iNNOGING Medical, where a groundbreaking SaaS for ultrasound diagnostics was commercialized, and Chairman of Stoller Ukraine, where innovative crop nutrition solutions were introduced to the Eastern European market.
