Cynthia Saruk, BA, CPHR, is an experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor at C-FER Technologies since November 2014, where responsibilities include developing and implementing recognition programs, managing HR generalist tasks, and overseeing payroll and benefits. Prior to this role, Cynthia served as an Executive Assistant at the Alberta Insurance Council from October 2009 to November 2014, focusing on recruitment documentation, policy approval, and stakeholder communication. Earlier experience at the University of Alberta involved various administrative roles supporting educational programs and events from December 2000 to August 2008.
