Paula Kreba is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a strong background in content marketing, digital marketing, and recruitment services. Currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Advisor at C-FER Technologies since November 2007, Paula leads the development and execution of strategies for both internal and external communications, as well as managing digital marketing assets including websites and social media. Previously, as a Marketing Coordinator at P6 Media and the Owner at Matrikon Inc., Paula developed corporate recruitment materials and streamlined applicant tracking systems. Additional experience includes serving as a Marketing Specialist at Durabuilt Windows & Doors and holding positions in human resources at Convergys and Saville/ADC Telecommunications. Paula is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and holds a Public Relations Diploma from MacEwan University.
