Nikki Ganter

Nikki Ganter is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at C.H. Guenther & Son since November 2020, Nikki has previously held positions including HR Business Partner at 3M, where responsibilities included recruiting, compensation, and employee relations, and HR Specialist III at TxDOT, focusing on recruiting and employee development in alignment with agency values. Earlier career experience includes roles as HR Generalist at Spurs Sports & Entertainment and HR Assistant II at P3S Corporation, along with a recruiting position at SWBC.
