Melinda Allen

Melinda Allen is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Accounting Manager at C Spire since February 2023, Melinda has previously held significant roles including Director of Accounting and Accounting Manager at Bonnie Plants, LLC, and Finance Manager at CGI. Melinda's expertise encompasses full life cycle contract support, revenue recognition, financial forecasting, and variance analysis. Additionally, Melinda has experience in nonprofit accounting, having worked as an Accountant at Organized Community Action Program, Inc., and as a Fiscal Officer at the same organization earlier in the career. Melinda also contributes to community initiatives through volunteer work at Goshen High School. Melinda holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Troy University.
