Samer Dukhan

Samer Dukhan is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in both corporate and freelance environments. Currently employed at C Squared Systems, LLC since April 2015, Samer specializes in software development, and has been engaged in freelance web design and development since June 2012, focusing on both front-end and back-end development, website maintenance, and search engine optimization. Prior to these roles, Samer served as an instructor at Ebla Institution For CS, teaching various IT courses, including web development and programming languages.
