Ton van Eijk

Ton van Eijk has extensive experience in commodity finance, currently serving as the Collateral & Risk Manager for Commodity Trade Finance at C. Steinweg Group since March 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing various commodities and developing new applications. Prior to this, Ton held significant roles at Rabobank, from October 2010 to March 2015, focusing on collateral management and monitoring risks for a diverse portfolio of global clients in the Agri and Energy sectors. Ton's career began at ABN AMRO, where positions spanned from Transaction Monitoring Officer to Portfolio Manager in the Trade Service Department, emphasizing transaction monitoring, credit support, and customer relations. Ton holds a pré-HBO degree in Freight Forwarding from STC and further education from NIBE-SVV Opleidingen and Groen van Prinsterer Lyceum.
