Erin McDaniel

Erin McDaniel is a Senior Consultant at SOAR Management Consulting, specializing in change management and strategic advisory support for the Human Development Directorate at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) since November 2017. Concurrently, Erin has worked with C2 Technologies, providing human capital research and support for NGA's human resource functions since December 2015. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor of Strategic Studies in the U.S. Army, acting as an Army Liaison at the U.S. Department of State, and holding various leadership roles in the Army. Erin's academic background includes a PhD (abd) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University, a Master's Degree in Military Art & Science from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology (Human Factors) and Global International Economics from Missouri State University.
