Ankit Dev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. In 2010, they worked as an Assistant Manager for Customer Training and Operation Auditing at Towards Vision Technologies, where they handled various customer and in-house training tasks and troubleshooted Level 2 issues. In 2012, Ankit joined C-Zentrix as a Project Manager for the North India region, focusing on strategic consulting, business plan development, and sales strategy. Ankit then progressed to the role of Senior Sales Manager from 2014 to 2016 before being promoted to Sales Head (BPO) until October 2021. Currently, Ankit is at C-Zentrix as the Associate Vice President Sales for the Digital Platform, responsible for building an independent vertical and team to provide omni-channel solutions, with a particular focus on chat/bot, social media interaction, and omni-channel marketing platforms.
From 2003 to 2007, Ankit Dev attended Jaypee Institute of Information Technology University (JiiTU) where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science Engineering.
