Candace Holt has extensive work experience across multiple companies. Candace currently holds the role of SVP, Strategic Operations at C1 since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture for three years, where they served as the Business Operations Associate Director for the Canadian Market Unit from February 2021 to April 2023, and as the Business Operations Lead for the Canadian Market Unit from June 2020 to February 2021. Before Accenture, Candace worked at Accenture Interactive for five years, holding positions such as Strategic Alliance Senior Manager from December 2017 to May 2020 and Strategic Alliance Manager from June 2015 to December 2017. Candace also has experience at CrossView Inc. as the Director of Sales, East from November 2013 to June 2015 and as the Partner Channel Manager from March 2010 to November 2013. Their earlier experience includes working at ettain group as a Resource Specialist from March 2008 to March 2010, and at Snelling Staffing Services as a Staffing Specialist from October 2007 to February 2008.

Candace Holt obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, from 2004 to 2007.
