Olcay Bulgun has extensive experience in sales, business operations, and strategic planning. Olcay started their career as a Global Finance Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2004, before moving on to Lehman Brothers as an Assistant Vice President, where they led the central team for global IT financial reporting and analysis.
In 2008, Olcay joined Thomson Reuters as a Business Operations Manager, responsible for business planning and sales operations for the largest segment within the company. Olcay then took on the role of Global Head of Sales Compensation, where they designed and executed sales incentive and compensation plans for the largest global sales organization in Thomson Reuters.
In 2014, Olcay became the Global Head of Business Planning and Operations for the Risk segment at Thomson Reuters, where they were responsible for strategic planning and global business operations. During their time there, they developed the global operational plan for priority growth initiatives and led cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Following their tenure at Thomson Reuters, Olcay joined NICE Actimize as the Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations in 2017. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, global sales, and business operations, overseeing key strategic initiatives and driving organizational change to support growth and scale. Olcay also designed and built a new global function and team dedicated to increasing sales, streamlining business operations, and providing strategic planning.
Most recently, Olcay Bulgun served as the Vice President of Global Revenue Operations & Customer Success at C1, a technology and collaboration solutions provider. In this role, they designed, built, and led all aspects of sales and business operations, including strategic planning, program management, business insights, and decision support. Olcay also managed core field sales operations functions, renewals, and partner programs with a global team of over 200 personnel.
Olcay Bulgun holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Columbia University, a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economics from New York University, and completed high school at Robert College, with a focus on High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
