Wendy Bradley, LPC-MHSP, CPHQ has had a diverse range of work experiences in the healthcare industry. Wendy started their career in 2004 as an Improvement Advisor/Clinical Supervisor with Southcentral Foundation, where they implemented and expanded the behavior health integration program. Wendy then moved on to Vanguard Health Systems, where they worked as the Senior Director of Integrative Care. In this role, they contributed to the establishment of fully integrated, team-based primary care clinics. Wendy then joined Ampersand Health as the Behavioral Health Integration and Community Engagement Lead, overseeing the integration of behavior health in primary care. Wendy later transitioned to the role of a Faculty member at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), where they provided consultation and guidance to organizations implementing behavioral health integration. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Behavioral Health Integration at TMF Health Quality Institute.
Wendy Bradley, LPC-MHSP, CPHQ received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Administration from the University of Hawaii. Wendy also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Sociology from the University of Hawaii-West Oahu. Additionally, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Webster University.
In terms of additional certifications, Wendy obtained an Organizational Development Certification from the Gestalt International Study Center in June 2015. Wendy also holds a 5 Dynamics Certification from 5 Dynamics, and a Coach Certification from the CDR Assessment Group, both obtained in October 2013. Furthermore, they are a Certified Clinical Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, certified by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Certification Board of Georgia in May 2012.
Wendy also holds the title of Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with MH Provider Designation, which they obtained from the Tennessee State Government, Alaska State Government, and Georgia State Government in August 2005. Lastly, they are a Clinically Certified Forensic Counselor, certified by the American College of Certified Forensic Counselors in May 1999.

Improving Lives by Improving the Quality of Health Care TMF Health Quality Institute focuses on promoting quality health care through contracts with federal, state and local governments, as well as private organizations. For more than 50 years, TMF has helped health care providers and practitioners in a variety of settings improve care for their patients. TMF was chartered in 1971 as a private, nonprofit organization of licensed physicians (MDs and DOs) to lead quality improvement and medical review efforts in Texas. Originally known as the Texas Medical Foundation, the company changed its name to TMF Health Quality Institute in 2005 to reflect the expansion of its work throughout the nation. In 2011, TMF acquired C2C Innovative Solutions, Inc., a Medicare Qualified Independent Contractor with offices in Florida and employees throughout the nation. This acquisition expanded TMF’s scope of services and increased our presence in the government contracting market. C2C specializes in providing health care sector support and administrative services in the handling of Medicare second-level appeals. In 2013, TMF established the TMF Foundation in support of TMF’s vision to improve lives by improving the quality of health care. The TMF Foundation provides resources and educational support to organizations focused on the health of Texas residents. Recently, the foundation joined an effort to affect the trend of childhood obesity.
