Anja Katalin De Cunto is a highly experienced professional in public affairs and advocacy, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Engagement and European Public Affairs at C40 Cities since January 2024. Prior to this role, Anja worked at Eurocities from March 2013 to January 2024, where significant contributions included serving as the Head of Food, managing projects like Food Trails and CLEVERFOOD, and advising on EU food policies. Anja's background also includes positions as a project coordinator and funding coordinator at Eurocities, as well as a member of expert groups for the European Commission focused on food law and sustainability. Anja's early career featured international volunteer work and extensive educational credentials, including a Master's in Contemporary European Studies from the University of Sussex and a Master's in Environmental Management and Policy from Lund University.
