Al Cross is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in installation and fiber splicing. Currently serving as the Lead Installer at Quality Network Services, Inc. since August 2014, Al has also held the position of Central Office Equipment Installer 4 at CWF Solutions since April 2009, specializing in the installation of various telecom equipment for major companies such as Verizon, AT&T, and Qwest. Previous roles include Fusion Fiber Splicer at LAZO Technology, where Al trained teams in fiber splicing and troubleshooting, and Central Office Equipment Installer at Fujitsu Network Services, focusing on timely job completion with zero defects. Al holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Network Engineering from Westwood College-Dallas, earned between 2005 and 2007.
